Job Title: Assembler

Location: Birdsboro, PA
Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm with OT as needed


Assembler Overview
Perform finishing tasks on completed mold sets to ensure accuracy and precision using hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.

Assembler Responsibilities

Bench work with metalworking tools
Sandblasting
Forklift operation (certification or ability to obtain)
Assemble tooling using bolting knowledge
Inspect parts with measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
Follow safety and ISO standards in all procedures

Assembler Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred
3+ years trade school or 2+ years technical college required
Experience with industrial tooling, molds, and hand tools
Preferred: Prior mechanical experience in industrial fabrication
Proficient in reading safety rules and technical documents
Basic math skills and MS Office proficiency
