and innovation.Position Overview: This is an exceptional
opportunity for an experienced Sales Director in the structural
steel or industrial construction industry. If you have a proven
track record in sales leadership and established connections in the
region, this role offers substantial potential for growth and
advancement.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve
company goals and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and
prospective customers.
- Identify and target new sales opportunities within the assigned
territory.
- Lead sales presentations and negotiate contracts to
successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and
project management, to ensure customer satisfaction and project
success.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to maximize performance and
drive growth.Essential Job Functions:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's
products, services, and competitive landscape.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market
developments.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior
management.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and
attend industry events.Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience in the structural steel or
industrial construction industry, with leadership experience
preferred.
- Proven success in managing and selling projects ranging from
$4M-$10M .
- Strong network and established connections within the
region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and
collaboratively.Salary: The salary for this position ranges from
$85,000 to $120,000, with opportunity for commission and bonus
