Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a determined Business Development Manager
(Commercial Sales Representative) who embodies our core values:

As Business Development Manager, you'll specialize in increasing
clientele within commercial fire, access control, and surveillance
products and services. You'll work within an assigned protected
territory to provide consultative, integrated solutions to
potential and existing commercial customers. Our ideal candidate
has a competitive nature, the ability to work independently, is
self-motivated, and has a strong focus on success and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently prospect, develop, and negotiate for new leads in your
protected sales territory through referrals, company-provided
leads, networking groups, and cold calling
Self-generate leads and convert those leads to new customers
Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
Provide best-in-class customer service and act as an in-market
brand ambassador for Monitronics - International
Contribute to a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
Collaborate with cross-functional support teams
Use digital selling tools and technology to conduct consultative
B2B sales presentations, and design customized security, video, and
business automation solutions
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales in the security or
technology industry (commercial security and fire experience
required)
Experience in the sales/tech/field of fire detection
A high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of solutions and consultative selling
skills
Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and
functional/technical skills
