Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst I
to manage compliance activities for defined contribution plans.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct data analysis and compliance testing for defined
contribution retirement plans
Communicate with account management regarding plan changes and
provide analytical support during audits
Serve as a subject matter expert on retirement plan administration
and lead training events
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of experience in defined contribution plan
administration
Hands-on experience with compliance/non-discrimination testing of
retirement plans
Previous experience with Form 5500 preparation
Deep knowledge of ERISA and its impact on employee benefit
plans
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
