Philadelphia Community Mental Health Consortium, Inc. (Consortium)
is a nonprofit (501(c)(3) Community Mental Health Center (CMHC)
established in 1967 as one of Philadelphia's twelve CMHCs.

health services with 'compassion first' priorities coupled with
excellence in mental health treatments and collaborative

one family at a time. Located in West Philadelphia, the Consortium
is the premier provider of Supports Coordination, Outpatient Mental
Health, Addictions, Case Management, Eco-systemic Family Therapy
(ESFT) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT) for all ages in West and
Southwest Philadelphia, serving approximately 4,000 individuals in
2022. Utilizing Evidence Based Practices (EBP) in all programs, the
Consortium is accredited by CARF for outpatient drug and alcohol
services and has received the EBP Designation through Community
Behavioral Health's Evidence-based Practice and Innovation Center
(EPIC) for both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Prolonged
Exposure (PE) for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Most
recently, the Consortium's Integrated Care Program was recognized
as "Most Innovative Program" by the City of Philadelphia. What is
Expected in this ROLE This position will provide eligible children
and their families enrolled within the Family Based department
community home-based intensive Family, Group and Individual
therapeutic and case management services under the guidelines and
procedures of the program Provide a minimum of family and/or
individual therapy weekly for each assigned family while providing
ongoing case management, crisis and/or social intervention Works
with team partner 60% of the time for family sessions and crisis
intervention Develop and maintain clinical records including Intake
packets, assessments tools, treatment plans, progress notes, case
conferences, discharges, and other clinical and administrative
documents Ensure that treatment plans are completed every 30 days
for each family Completes Intake packets, assessments tools,
treatment plans, progress notes, discharges, and other clinical and
administrative documents in accordance with agency, managed care
and licensing requirements and standards No less than 25% of weekly
work time in the office completing paperwork, attending bi-weekly
staff meetings and weekly supervision and monthly case conferences
as scheduled What is Expected of YOU Required: Master's degree or
equivalent; three to five years related experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience Provide a
minimum of 18 hours of billable units including a minimum of 10
hours of individual and/or family therapy and 12 hours of team
therapeutic/case management services on a weekly basis Required :
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Required:
CPR certification Ability to travel to home, school and community
locations to provide services Up to 75% of the workday requires
travel. Bilingual preferred, ability to communicate with hearing
impaired population Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common
scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal
documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints
from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business
community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication
that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively
present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards
of directors Strong organizational skills Know your stuff - be an
