Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bilingual Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks and will collaborate closely with management to deliver support across several key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits management, compliance, and workforce analysis. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, addressing inquiries and guiding them in completing necessary paperwork and locating required information.

- Manage the recruitment and hiring process, from posting job openings to conducting background checks, organizing new employee orientation, and coordinating training sessions.

- Assist in verifying employment and managing unemployment claims, along with completing employment verification documentation.

- Handle employee relations matters, including complaints, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.

- Support payroll administration, including verifying timesheets, processing pay adjustments for promotions and bonuses, and ensuring accuracy in payroll data entry.

- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring all changes are accurately recorded, and provide detailed explanations of benefits options.

- Address employee inquiries related to safety, health, wellness, and overall welfare.

- Represent the organization at recruitment fairs and community outreach events.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

- Be responsive to any issues related to animal welfare or food safety, reporting such concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with management to identify and address potential areas for improvement within the HR function.

- Assist in the development and revision of job descriptions as needed.

- Provide bilingual support in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication across teams.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with company policies.

- Follow and uphold all legal, safety, and operational standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices.



Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- A minimum of five years of experience in employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits management.

- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and benefits administration.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all HR matters.

- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.


Physical Demands:

- Prolonged periods of sitting and repetitive motion tasks.

- Ability to focus on detailed tasks at close range.

- Clear and effective verbal communication skills.


Additional Information:

- Regular attendance is expected.

- Must adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

- Other duties as assigned by management.
