  • REQUIRED REGISTRIES: to be determined
    • Job Details
    • ASAP start date
    • MODALITY: Pharmacist
    • EXPECTED WEEKLY HRS: 40
      • Job Requirements
      • REQUIRED SKILLS: TPN review/recommendation to providers, order verification, checking of manual product packaging, oral and IV compounded, chemotherapy IV admixture as needed, answering of phone calls and triaging where appropriate, Theradoc experience preferred
        • Schedule Information
        • SHIFT/HOURS: 8 hr day/eve rotating weekends
        • WEEKENDS: every 3rd weekend
        • ON-CALL: None
          • Additional Details
          • DRESS CODE: business casual
          • Hospital laundered scrubs will be provided for any IV room requirements
          • PARKING FEES: None
