  • Provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies and procedures.
  • Directs and manages the care of designated patients.
  • Utilizes effective and appropriate communication styles.
  • Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
    • Job Requirements
    • Graduate of accredited Nursing program
    • 2 years Acute Care Experience and/or experience congruent with role in service line
    • Successful completion of Registered Nurse orientation.
    • Knowledge and competence that reflects current nursing practice.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in the delivery of patient care.
    • Successful completion of additional orientation programs related to specialty.
    • Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
      • Schedule Information
      • This is a FLOAT POOL position. Candidate will not be assigned to one unit.
      • Travelers are required to float to multiple units.

        • Guaranteed Hours (24/36/40): 36
        • Float Cost Center: 7B 100402 09345, 6C 100402 09363
          • Additional Details
          • Do NOT submit anyone who lives less than 50 miles radius from the LVHN position worksite.
          • Submission attestation must be provided when presenting Travel RNs.
          • CANDIDATE SIGNATURE FORM REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMITTAL.
          • PROOF of COVID & FLU vaccination MUST be provided at time candidate is submitted! Declinations are accepted.
          • Please note: LVHN requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation.
          • Nurses are required to interpret telemetry.
