What You'll Do:

- Oversee maintenance operations for production equipment, powerhouse, and facility infrastructure.

- Focus on preventive and predictive maintenance to optimize uptime and minimize unplanned downtime.

- Work closely with operations and engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve equipment performance.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

- Manage maintenance scheduling, spare parts inventory, and emergency repairs.

- Track key performance metrics and implement improvement programs.

- Develop and manage the maintenance budget while optimizing resources.

- Lead, mentor, and evaluate maintenance teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship.



What You Bring:

- 15+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.

- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, industrial equipment, and OSHA safety standards.

- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to read machine drawings and schematics.
