As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.     • High School Diploma or GED
    • Montessori Teacher Certification Required
    • Bachelors or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred.
    • 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center (1 year preferred).
    • 90 clock hours or equivalent of approved early childhood coursework.
    • Montessori credentials preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
    • The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
