Detwiler Roofing is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator who is focused on brand development and excels at driving marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to coordinate campaigns, create compelling content, and execute successful events, including trade shows and recruiting initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency across all platforms while actively contributing to the company's growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the human resources team and other departments to align marketing efforts with company goals. A spirit of continuous improvement, strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Marketing Coordinator position qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, business, or a related industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with technology, with an aptitude for leveraging digital tools and platforms
- Community involvement is strongly preferred
