A company is looking for an Accounting Research Manager
responsible for technical accounting research and policy
development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting
principles
Prepare accounting position papers and lead discussions with
stakeholders
Monitor accounting standards developments and assess their impact
on operations
Qualifications and Education
4-year Bachelor's Degree (Required)
7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Public accounting experience (Required)
No supervisory duties associated with this position
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered
